I'm having trouble getting my diagrams to display at good resolution in the PDF file - working on that! You can remove the buttons and junk associtated with the Acrobat inline-viewer by right-clicking on the button area, and selecting which componens you'd like to see or hide. You can hide the bookmarks & thumbnails tab by dragging its frame edge right off the page to the left.
