This is the 'generic' power supply board prototype. This one is more compatible with a general-purpose chassis-mount E/I transformer.
If you can't obtain a single transformer with suitable windings [14-0-14 + 0-6] or [0-14 + 0-14 + 0-6], you could use two individual transformers. A torroidal type is nice since you can easily add your own [0-6] winding to a standard twin-secondary type.
Board size is 5.3" x 3.8"
P2 - the "D" connector could be omitted if plugability isn't required, and the rest of the circuitry hard-wired to P3.
P3 could also be used to link to five front-panel LEDs to show all five supply voltages are present.
